Club Regina Puerto Vallarta Hotel, Puerto Vallarta

I had a great overall experience at Club Regina, highlighted by excellent customer service and beautiful pools. The facilities were well-maintained, and I enjoyed the activities available. However, the dining options could use some improvement, and my initial impression of service was mixed. The location is convenient, but getting into town can be a bit of a hassle.

I had a wonderful time at Club Regina, which boasts a fantastic location close to the marina with easy access to the beach and two lovely pools. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, although some areas feel a bit dated. The staff truly cares about guest experience, and the dining options at the resort were enjoyable. However, the dining could become repetitive during extended stays, and the timeshare pitch upon arrival was a bit overwhelming.

My stay at Club Regina was delightful, filled with beautiful views and exceptional hospitality. The grounds and pools are fantastic, making it a relaxing getaway, although the rooms could use some updates. The dining experience was memorable, especially thanks to the attentive staff, who truly enhanced our meals. However, I did notice that the floors in the rooms needed attention, which took away a bit from the otherwise comfortable surroundings.

The rooms are spacious and have stunning views, but be careful of additional resort fees that aren't clearly presented at booking. While the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, there were some hiccups in service which could be improved. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay, and I would love to return.
